I have only 5 stars that I can give but they deserve more. I have ordered a washing machine. I used it for 45 days. Got delivery on time and the team installed it & checked for the condition of the machine Product was in working condition and was good quality, though it was not new. After 30 days I extended it by contacting the customer service from their website. it was easy Only one small issue ( it was my mistake) while closing the order, I closed it by contacting the customer service from there web site chat. They said it will be closed but they didnt process it then I had to send an email ( which is mentioned in the contract that order has to be closed by sending an email). As I was going out of country and they came to pick the product little late (due to Bangalore traffic), I had to leave the machine out side (I was living in a gated community so it was safe) and informed my neighbor. They picked it from there. They send the refund form on next day but I filled the form after two weeks and in next 1 day i got the refund to my account. Never seen such fast refund.
