Yes. We do collect a nominal fee as security deposit to cover for unexpected damages. Rest assured, if you don’t cause any damage to the goods you’re renting, your security deposit will be refunded to you at the time of termination.

How do I return my products when I am done using them?

Just place a phone call to Guarented’s customer support team. We’ll fix a mutually convenient time to have your rented product(s) picked back up. And after assessing the condition of your product, the security deposit will also be refunded to you.

How long does it take to deliver my order?
